This is a field-based role, and we expect the successful candidate to be based on-site 5 days a week. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies, including Windows Desktops, Azure, Office 365, and Intune.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and a proven track record of delivering excellent technical support. Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment in a MSP or financial sector, or in a VIP Support capacity, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows Desktops, Azure, Office 365, and Intune
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless delivery of technical services
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

  • Strong background in IT infrastructure, including Windows Desktops, Azure, Office 365, and Intune
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent technical support
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment in a MSP or financial sector, or in a VIP Support capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
