Senior Desktop Support Specialist

At Franklin Fitch, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global MSP, you will be responsible for providing senior-level desktop support at one of our client sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a range of technologies across various platforms and to develop your skills through our market-leading training and development program.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing senior-level desktop support to clients
Collaborating with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
Participating in our training and development program to enhance your skills and certifications

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Windows Servers and Microsoft Exchange
Experience with SCCM or Intune
Basic networking skills
