Senior Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at RJC Group in London. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our traders and ensuring the smooth operation of our trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st to 3rd level technical support to traders and other stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory and other IT systems
  • Develop and implement PowerShell scripts and automation tools
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • ~5 years of experience as a Senior IT Support/Desktop Engineer
  • ~Good experience managing Active Directory
  • ~Good experience with PowerShell beneficial
  • ~Previous experience working in a Trading environment

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £75k + 15-20% Bonus + Great Pension
  • 5 Days a week in Victoria based office
