We are in search of an experienced HR Business Partner to integrate into a sub-team of four, reporting directly to the Head of HR, and supporting a substantial department comprising approximately 1000 staff members.

In this HR Business Partner role, your responsibilities will encompass a balanced mix of strategic and operational tasks:

  • Providing value to key stakeholders to help achieve their strategic human resource objectives
  • Offering guidance and coaching to leadership and line management throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Managing sensitive and complex employee relations casework
  • Overseeing workforce planning and talent management initiatives
  • Developing and executing comprehensive People Plans
  • Implementing strategies for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
  • Collaborating with Centres of Excellence across HR and broader Corporate Services on strategic projects and people initiatives
