Position Overview

We are seeking a Team Manager to become a vital part of our Customer Application Support division.

We offer a competitive base salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience. After a brief training period in our office, you will work in a hybrid model, splitting your time between home and our office. This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, with the latest finish time at 17:00, allowing you weekends to unwind.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in open and meaningful discussions with team members regarding performance and behaviors through regular coaching and reviews.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and support proactive measures to build strong working relationships.
  • Adapt swiftly to meet business requirements and objectives while delivering coaching.
  • Utilize initiative to design sessions that align with business needs and facilitate the implementation of new systems through coaching.
  • Develop initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Employ a variety of coaching methods tailored to individual needs and circumstances to help team members achieve their objectives and career aspirations.
  • Regularly monitor departmental performance to provide constructive and actionable feedback in line with internal standards.
  • Comprehend the strategic direction of the business area and understand how your work contributes to this vision.
  • Encourage an environment where team members can propose ideas for continuous improvement and lead these initiatives through to implementation.
