About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Governance Lead to join our team at Clubhouse For Kids. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance across our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Lead and coordinate the Rapid Quality Recovery Process to ensure that support and guidance are provided to secure continued improvement.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Quality Partners to drive outstanding performance and innovation through responsive and adaptable approaches to co-production and engagement with the people we support.
  • Quality Data Analysis: Utilize quality data, reporting, and metrics to identify themes and trends and work with senior leaders to take corrective action and/or recognize innovation.
  • Reporting and Communication: Produce high-quality reports that demonstrate important learning from management information, assurance processes, and feedback from those with lived experience.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Registered Manager award (QCF5 or equivalent) or relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience: Experience working as an operational manager in Health and/or social care delivering high-quality person-centered care.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a matrix management team.
