Receptionist - Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited. This role requires a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy when interacting with guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and residents.
- Welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional manner, checking the visitors' book and verifying the identity of visitors as reasonably practicable.
- Managing the contractors' log and signing for incoming post when necessary.
- Answering phone calls, redirecting calls, and recording messages as required.
- Managing emails and faxes, as well as performing various office and administrative duties such as filing, word processing, and maintaining databases.
- Organizing staff lunch rotas and receiving and managing post.
