We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Strictly Recruitment. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to all clients and guests
- Ensure visitor and client arrivals are communicated to the relevant people promptly
- Ensure the client is escorted to the meeting rooms in a timely fashion
- Set up meeting rooms as requested and assist with refreshments
- Coordinate telephone and video conference calls, ensuring all audio-visual equipment is in working order
- Arrange for refreshments and catering as needed
- Handle all incoming calls and enquiries
- Book couriers and taxis as required
- Conduct regular checks on meeting rooms and ensure the correct setup of furniture and technology
- Maintain the reception and meeting areas to a high standard
- Ensure the front desk is covered when other team members are absent
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
