We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Grafton Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry, to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.
  • Communication and Liaison: Respond to email enquiries, manage the Info mailbox, and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with meeting room bookings, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events to ensure a successful and stress-free experience for our clients and staff.
  • Mail and Supply Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, and manage office supplies to maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a clerical or receptionist role is highly advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role.
