Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and visitors, and ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor
- Carrying out check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining accurate records
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Operating front-of-house services, including access to facilities and amenities
- Reporting maintenance and facilities issues to the helpdesk
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in administrative software
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
