  • Contract Negotiation: Facilitate timely negotiations of leases and contracts with service providers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all properties adhere to relevant laws and industry standards.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Promote and advertise new rental properties effectively.
  • Tenant Preparation: Ensure properties are in optimal condition for incoming tenants.
  • Experience Requirement: Previous experience in property management is essential.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software is preferred (experience with Reapit or Fix Flo is advantageous).
