**Your Role**

We're seeking an experienced Costa Coffee Operations Manager to oversee catering operations at our Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Costa Store Manager in managing catering operations
  • Train and coach Barista Maestros to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and allergen awareness
  • Collaborate with the team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a similar role or as a Barista Maestro
  • Hold relevant licenses, including Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen Awareness
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
