At Leisure (Operations), we're looking for a skilled professional to support our Costa Coffee operations at Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex. As an Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for training and coaching our Barista Maestros to perfection, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll also support the Costa Store Manager in all catering operations, including food safety and allergen awareness.

About You

We're looking for someone with top-notch people management skills, a year of experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent, and relevant licenses like Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen Awareness. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a flair for leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
