At Places Leisure, we're changing lives by delivering exceptional experiences and services. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Costa Coffee Assistant Store Manager at Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for supporting the Costa Store Manager in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance. You'll also train and coach our Barista Maestros to perfection.

About You

We're looking for someone with top-notch people management skills, holding all required licenses like Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen Awareness. A year of experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent is essential.
