Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a commercial portfolio, managing maintenance and facilities for a variety of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied portfolio of commercial properties, including shops, offices, and industrial units.
  • Handle service charges and make decisions on liability issues.
  • Record all works ordered, raise purchase orders, and maintain a CRM system.
  • Carry out visual inspections, report back, and take meter readings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate well in a small team.
  • Must drive and have a valid vehicle.

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 depending on experience.
