More about your role

We're launching a new Costa Coffee at Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex, and we need someone to support the Store Manager across all catering operations. You'll ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance. Plus, you'll train and coach our Barista Maestros to perfection.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth catering operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance
  • Train and coach Barista Maestros to perfection

Requirements

  • Top-notch people management skills
  • Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen Awareness licenses
  • 1 year of experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent
