Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of customer care and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding service and repair work required to their vehicles.
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs, enhancing their overall experience.
- Coordinate with customers to arrange collection and delivery of their vehicles, ensuring seamless communication.
- Update customer and vehicle records accurately and efficiently.
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy, maintaining compliance and quality standards.
- Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Proven experience working within a Customer Service role, with a strong background in automotive service.
- Full driving license, enabling you to drive company vehicles as required.
