Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage customer relationships, providing a positive and proactive experience
  • Support customers with their vehicle needs, offering expert advice and guidance
  • Manage customer expectations, communicating effectively and providing regular updates
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to deliver outstanding customer service and retention
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in an automotive environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using CRM systems an advantage
