Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Appointed Representatives to ensure outstanding service delivery to each assigned client, adhering to agreed service levels and performance metrics.
  • Comply with regulatory standards and guidelines as directed by management.
  • Evaluate opportunities for enhancing client risk and insurance program designs.
  • Negotiate renewal terms, mid-term adjustments, and coverage extensions.
  • Identify potential revenue growth opportunities within assigned client accounts and provide recommendations to Appointed Representatives.
  • Represent Aon professionally, demonstrating a clear understanding of corporate objectives.

Qualifications for Success

  • Solid technical knowledge in major and pecuniary insurance classes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written English.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Adaptable to change and proactive in personal development.
