Daily Responsibilities Collaborate with Appointed Representatives to ensure optimal service for each assigned Client, adhering to agreed Service Levels and KPIs.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards as directed by management.
Explore enhancements in Client risk and insurance program design.
Negotiate renewal terms, mid-term adjustments, and coverage extensions.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth on assigned Client accounts and provide recommendations to Appointed Representatives.
Represent Aon professionally, demonstrating a clear understanding of corporate objectives.

Skills and Experience for Success Strong understanding of FCA regulations and Aon's Principles and Procedures.
Solid technical knowledge in major and pecuniary classes.
Proficient in written English, ensuring clarity and conciseness.
Professional, polite, and effective communicator.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks for timely and accurate delivery.
Open to change and responsive to new challenges.
Takes initiative for personal development.
