Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LCV Technician / Van Service Specialist to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As a leading automotive recruitment agency, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair Light Commercial Vehicles in an efficient manner, ensuring they are fixed to the high standards required by our clients.
  • Perform general servicing, repair of vehicle defects, MOT preparation and repair work, vehicle inspection, and completion of associated paperwork.
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a LCV Technician / Van Service Specialist.
  • Working experience within a busy LCV workshop, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current repair methods and techniques, including diagnostic tools and software.
  • Driving licence is essential.
