Facilities Support Coordinator - FM Provider - London - £16 per hour

CBW is currently seeking a Facilities Support Coordinator ready to embrace the next step in Facilities Management. Our esteemed client is in search of a dedicated and driven individual to join their team.

Working Hours / Details:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Office based
  • Temporary to Permanent Contract
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone communications related to facilities operations, ensuring professionalism in all interactions.
  • Oversee and maintain the FM Helpdesk Inbox.
  • Coordinate reactive and help desk service requests.
  • Initiate and conclude work orders.
  • Evaluate daily job requests and assign them to the appropriate Engineers.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, including the management of planned and reactive maintenance visits and data entry.
  • Assist the Office & Contract Managers in achieving departmental goals through effective administration.
  • Address queries as they arise.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Engage in daily follow-ups and communication.
  • Generate Corrective maintenance tasks following the completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
  • Organize daily operations to ensure all critical tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Help Desk operations.
  • Background in Facilities Management.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
