Position Title:
Facilities Support Coordinator
In the role of Facilities Support Coordinator, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding client assistance and operational support to foster the ongoing development and prosperity of the organization.
Responsibilities- Oversee the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system as the primary user on-site, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) records, reactive tasks, and performance reporting.
- Respond to inquiries via calls and emails for the organization promptly.
- Ensure that all reactive requests submitted through the helpdesk are assigned the appropriate priority and technician.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the lifecycle of reactive tasks between the Facilities Team and end users. Whenever feasible, apply Right First Time (RFT) principles and resolve issues over the phone without necessitating assignment.
- Collaborate with the Lead Engineer and Operations Manager on a daily or weekly basis to guarantee the quality of service is upheld.
- When necessary, assess subcontractor performance and provide feedback through the relevant systems with support from Contract Management.
- Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions across the contract to enhance service delivery and consistently meet client expectations.
Contractual Obligations:
* In conjunction with Contract Management, assist in the preparation of the monthly client report.* Analyze and interpret reports related to the CAFM system.* Update Client-specific Metrics and Forecasting Models in the absence of Contract Management.*
