Exciting Opportunity in Governance and Risk

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Governance and Risk team, working remotely with periodic travel to various services, reporting directly to the Head of Quality - Care.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational quality and safety across a designated number of children's homes and Residential Special Schools. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance, coaching, and conducting audits to achieve optimal outcomes.

A proactive, adaptable, and responsive approach is essential as you support Registered Managers and the Senior Leadership Team in enhancing the quality of practices and services offered.

  • North West England
  • East Anglia

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (England) or equivalent qualification.
  • Level 5 safeguarding training.
  • Proficient in IT, with the ability to utilize Microsoft programs and IT systems for data collection and analysis to support clinical practices and outcomes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards, including Ofsted, DFE, ESTYN, CIW, and CIS.
  • Knowledge of service effectiveness measures, including standards, evidence, assessment, and outcome measurement, as well as feedback from young people and families.
