About the Role

We are pleased to announce an opportunity within our Governance and Risk division, offering a remote working arrangement complemented by weekly travel. This position reports directly to the Head of Quality - Care.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring operational quality and safety across a designated group of children's homes and Residential Special Schools. Your role will involve providing expert guidance, coaching, and conducting audits to meet our quality objectives.

A proactive, adaptable, and responsive approach is essential as you collaborate with Registered Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to enhance the quality of services and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assurance and support for operational quality and safety.
  • Guide and coach teams to achieve quality standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support the development and improvement of practices and services.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualification: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (England) or equivalent.
  • Safeguarding training at Level 5.
  • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft applications to analyze data for clinical practice.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards, including Ofsted, DFE, ESTYN, CIW, and CIS.
  • Ability to assess service effectiveness through standards, evidence, and feedback from young people and families.
