About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Improvement Specialist to join our Governance and Risk team. As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assurance and support for operational quality and safety across our Children's homes and Residential Special Schools.
  • Offer guidance, coaching, and auditing to achieve desired results and improve the quality of practice and services provided.
  • Support Registered Managers and Senior Leadership Team in developing and improving the quality of services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Educated to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (England) (Children and Young People's Management) or equivalent.
  • Trained to level 5 safeguarding.
  • IT literate and able to work with Microsoft programmes, and IT systems to collate and use data to support clinical practice and outcomes.
  • Full operational understanding of the standards pertaining to regulation, including Ofsted, DFE, ESTYN, CIW, CIS.
  • To understand the measures of service effectiveness including standards, related evidence, assessment, and outcome measurement; young person and family feedback.
