About the Role

At McLaren F1 Team, we're seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our composite, metallic, and tooling parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measurement and Inspection: Conduct precise measurements of parts using various methods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Verify the quality of composite, metallic, and tooling parts before releasing them to the next operation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our manufacturing processes and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Fully indentured engineering background in precision engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in inspection and quality control, preferably in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of GD&T, precision measurement techniques, and quality control methodologies.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with PC DIMIS, Polyworks, VX Elements, GOM Inspect, and Faro/Power Inspect software.
