Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior HR Manager to review and improve the benefits offering to all colleagues across the business.
- Support the administration of key processes linked to reward, including salary review, bonus processing and flexible holiday schemes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on reward, benefits and compensation to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Coordinate external compensation and benefits survey participation.
- Support the administration of benefits, including critical illness scheme, life assurance, cycle to work and season ticket loans.
- Work with the Head of HR and SLT to coordinate the internal job evaluation panel process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working within a Reward or Benefits role or within an HR generalist role is essential.
- Data analysis skills, with the ability to manipulate information for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
