We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team at Careers Plus, a leading provider of energy solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through new customer acquisition and existing client development.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is a hybrid working role that requires travel across the region to meet with new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities, increase revenue, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

Your Experience:

  • A proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the energy solutions industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Flexibility to travel to different locations and work in a hybrid working environment
