Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will play a crucial role in promoting our comprehensive security solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that ensure the safety and security of their assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities across various sectors, including government, banking, retail, and the private sector. Use insights to inform business strategies and product development.
- Proposal Development: Stay informed about industry advancements and regulatory changes that may impact our clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and technical support, to ensure client needs are met and projects are successfully delivered.
- Track and Report: Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and market activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the security, construction, or related industries.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory if supported by relevant experience.
