About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at D&R Partners Recruitment Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our clients' bridging finance and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the bridging finance and BTL mortgage portfolio.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers, and other key partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services, as well as those of their competitors, to effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient application process.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and insights to clients and partners.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in business development within the property finance sector (preferably bridging finance and BTL mortgages).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel: Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
