Assistant Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Carpenters Arms, a beautiful countryside pub in Kent. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and reputation of our business in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in leading the team and driving business growth
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the development of menus and promotions to drive business growth and increase customer engagement
