Senior Business Development Manager

Freight Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue within the private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business customers within the private and public sectors.
  • Sell UK domestic and international e-commerce parcel solutions, including small packet and parcel services, and associated value-added services.
  • Meet or exceed divisional KPIs, including a territory new business target of circa £900k to £1 million revenue.
  • Work closely with the National Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of high-level new business sales within e-commerce parcel/packet sales.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a focus on new business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
