We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Manager to join our team at Careers Plus, a leading provider of innovative solutions.
This is a hybrid working role that requires collaboration with our Regional Manager and frequent travel across the region to meet with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new customers and increase opportunities with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends, and provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed both short-term revenue goals and build consistent long-term revenue potential.
Your Experience:
- A proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the commercial landscape.
- Relevant experience in energy or facilities management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and develop strong working relationships with potential new customers.
- A sales-driven and customer-focused approach, with a strong ability to close on new business prospects and drive growth.
- Organized and able to prioritize workload, with a flexible approach to working and traveling to different sites and customer locations.
- A full driving license and proximity to Kent and southern England are essential.
