Your Role in Creating Value

This position involves direct engagement with brokers and clients, overseeing a designated portfolio of Captive Global programs in collaboration with product underwriters and distribution teams. You will serve as a subject matter expert in the structuring, design, and execution of complex Global captive fronting and indemnity programs. This role carries global fronting authority and encompasses all major lines of business within the Global Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactively managing and overseeing all global fronting service activities, ensuring effective communication and project management among all internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Providing direction and guidance to relevant stakeholders to ensure the appropriate design and effective delivery of assigned global programs.
  • Offering technical expertise in multinational insurance to underwriters.
  • Leading the promotion and adoption of the AIG Global Insurance End-to-End process.
  • Managing day-to-day service delivery across all assigned programs to ensure timely issuance of accurate local policy and invoice documentation, meeting agreed service level agreements.
  • Engaging with global claims teams to ensure timely development of multinational claims bulletins and support for ad hoc program inquiries.
  • Delivering regular updates to the appointed broker or client on program performance until full implementation.
  • Driving profitable growth of the Global fronting portfolio by collaborating with product and distribution teams to identify target opportunities and articulate AIG's value proposition in the market.
  • Assisting in identifying, supporting, and contributing to internal and external strategies that align our product offerings and expand AIG's global business.

Qualifications for Success

  • Extensive technical knowledge of complex global programs, including captive and reinsurance structures, with experience in the multinational environment and processes.
  • Experience working with multinational corporations and engaging with senior client personnel and risk managers.
  • Proven experience in structuring and executing global fronting programs, including captive and indemnity arrangements.
  • Strong commercial acumen with exceptional business development and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders and clearly articulate ideas to influence outcomes.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and meet tight deadlines and service level agreements.
