Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Transformation Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the FP&A transformation project for a global insurance company.
About the Role
- Partner with stakeholders to provide updates on the project and communicate changes
- Represent the FP&A function in global interactions
- Lead and participate in project design and testing of system implementation
- Provide analysis and advice across the project, including processes, operating procedures, and training implementation
About You
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with experience working in the insurance sector
- Financial planning and analysis background, with experience in global FP&A businesses
- Experience with finance transformation projects and system implementation
- Team management, leadership, development, and mentorship skills
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
