About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with our young people, their families, and other professionals to ensure their needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Participate in on-call rota, providing 24/7 support to our young people and their families.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a residential children's setting, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Qualifications in childcare or a related field, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Full UK driving license, with access to a vehicle.
