Job Summary
- Support the registered manager in the day-to-day management of the home to ensure high-quality care and services are delivered to young people.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality care is delivered in line with legislation and organizational policies, maintaining accurate records and overseeing communication.
- Chair meetings, manage service budgets, and report maintenance issues, promoting the organization externally and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate in recruitment, induction, and training of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.

Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People's Workforce or equivalent, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
