About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our young people, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to our young people, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support our young people in their educational and vocational pursuits
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a care or education setting
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Full UK driving license (desirable)
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
