About the role:

We are seeking a flexible and adaptable Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings. This will involve working on a rota basis, including sleep-ins, and participating in a range of activities to promote the well-being and development of our service users.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized care and support to children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Organizing and facilitating social activities, such as days out and community events
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of care plans
  • Working closely with our clinical team and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users
