About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents. This will involve providing individualized support, promoting independence, and encouraging positive behaviors.

You will work closely with our clinical team, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • Encourage independence and positive behaviors in residents
  • Work closely with the clinical team, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and team members
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
