As the Registered Manager of this Ofsted-rated 'Good' children's home, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our young residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of dedicated care staff, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child in your care.

- Contribute to the overall development and improvement of our residential care services.
We seek an experienced and compassionate individual with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care for children. You will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
A relevant qualification in childcare or social work is essential, as well as experience in managing a team within a residential care setting.
