Job Overview

As a Clinical Systems Support Specialist, you will be integral to ensuring the seamless operation of our clinical systems. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, primarily focused on delivering exceptional customer service while minimizing technical jargon to enhance understanding. You will be tasked with managing inquiries, maintaining accurate records of incidents, workarounds, and resolutions within the Information Management & Technology Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Business Intelligence Analysts, the Audit & Automations Team, Clinical Leads, and Administrative Managers to conduct ongoing evaluations of our systems. Your insights will help identify areas for enhancement, and you will recommend solutions while ensuring that the functionality, benefits, and data quality implications are fully understood.

You will also provide expert guidance to Clinical Staff regarding process and system design, workflow configuration, clinical pathways, template design, and the selection of read codes. Regular reviews of clinical templates, pathways, and system designs will be part of your responsibilities, working alongside Clinical Managers and BI Analysts to enhance data capture.
