Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including Windows 10/11 and Windows Servers
  • Deploy and manage Active Directory, firewalls, and network devices
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers
  • Collaborate with our project team to implement and migrate IT systems
  • Administer Office 365 and other cloud-based services
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and Windows Servers
  • Experience with Active Directory management and deployment
  • Knowledge of firewalls, networking, and virtualization
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
