Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues
- Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Active Directory, and firewalls
- Design and implement network solutions, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Administer and maintain virtual machines, including Hyper-V, VMWare, and Citrix
- Provide Office 365 administration and support
- Collaborate with the service delivery manager to lead projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and Windows Servers
- Experience with Active Directory management and deployment
- Knowledge of firewalls management and network security
- Experience with virtual machine management and maintenance
- Office 365 administration and support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
