**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Administration of Mental Health Policies and Procedures**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • **Medical Service Management**: Oversee the delivery of high-quality medical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • **Service User Journey**: Facilitate the transition of service users back into the community, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
  • **Multidisciplinary Team Meetings**: Chair ward MDT meetings to discuss patient care, share knowledge, and promote collaboration among team members.
  • **Care Programme Approach**: Ensure the effective implementation of the Care Programme Approach, promoting patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
  • **Staff Training and Development**: Contribute to the development of staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • **Clinical Governance**: Participate in Clinical Governance activities, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.

**Requirements:**

  • **Full GMC Registration**: Possess current registration with the General Medical Council.
