About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Health and Safety Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing health, safety, and environmental data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze health, safety, and environmental data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the development of HSE procedures and maintenance of ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 management systems.
  • Conduct ergonomics projects to improve manual handling processes using lifting equipment.
  • Produce HSE communications to raise awareness of issues.
  • Monitor compliance with legal requirements and Cummins corporate HSE requirements.
  • Report KPI data and ISO management system standard requirements.

Requirements

  • Working towards a degree in Business Management or Health, Safety, and Environmental related field.
  • Ability to understand data, solve problems, and think innovatively.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and work well as part of a team.
