About the Role:

In alignment with our strategic vision for the Insurance, Pensions & Investments sector, we are committed to enhancing our customer-centric approach and embracing digital transformation. Following our recent acquisition, we are focused on refining our offerings and optimizing our technology to facilitate better outcomes for our clients. As we transition from a phase of transformation to one of growth, we are dedicated to bolstering our Distribution capabilities to expand our market presence.

This newly established role is crucial to our strategy, as you will lead a team dedicated to providing expert support to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) throughout their journey.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that advisers receive comprehensive technical support during the sales cycle, from initial engagement to onboarding and ongoing relationship management. You will be accountable for the continuous enhancement of our service capabilities, ensuring that client satisfaction remains our top priority. This position directly influences the success of our strategic initiatives and our growth in targeted markets.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of creating impactful experiences in all interactions.
  • Experience in operational roles within the intermediary or platform markets.

We strive to create an inclusive environment that reflects the diversity of society. We encourage applications from under-represented groups and are committed to making reasonable adjustments in our recruitment processes.

Benefits:

Join us in shaping the future of financial services while benefiting from numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Your data privacy is important to us. We will only request sensitive information once you have been formally invited for an interview or have accepted a verbal offer, at which point we will conduct background checks.

We are committed to fostering a values-driven culture and building a workforce that mirrors the diversity of our customers and communities. Together, we are creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
