WORKING PATTERN: Our hybrid work model involves a minimum of two days per week at one of our offices.

About the Role:

As part of our commitment to enhancing our services in the Insurance, Pensions & Investments sector, we are seeking an Adviser Experience and Enablement Senior Manager. This pivotal role is designed to strengthen our relationships with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and ensure they receive comprehensive support throughout their journey.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service and technical guidance to advisers. You will oversee the development of a market-leading service capability, ensuring that our clients are prioritized in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and enhancement of adviser experiences, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Foster collaboration with various departments, including Operations and Change, to provide timely and relevant information to advisers.
  • Support the transition to digital solutions while recognizing the diverse needs of advisers regarding technology adoption.
  • Manage a team of 7 direct reports and a broader team of approximately 28 FTE.
