About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Engagement Manager to join our team at TLT LLP. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in developing and strengthening our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Client Development: Develop and implement strategic client development plans to drive profitable growth through client engagement activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Lead client relationship development plans, collaborate with Client Relationship Partners, and facilitate productive client team meetings to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Client Intelligence: Utilize client intelligence tools to enhance client relationships and contribute to shaping the firm's Client Listening Programme.
  • External Engagement: Expand client relationships across all levels of the organization, conduct client feedback sessions, and lead Relationship Review meetings.
  • Client Network Development: Build and maintain a network of client relationships and promote client engagement efforts through external communications.
Requirements
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in client management and business development, with a strong understanding of key industry sectors.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Financial Acumen: Financially literate with the ability to drive projects to completion and make informed business decisions.
  • Proactive Approach: Proactive and able to bring new ideas to enhance client development processes and contribute to the firm's growth.
